Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Ridgecraftroofing website and the roofing inspection, repair and installation services we offer through it. By requesting service or contacting us, you agree to what follows. The terms are written in plain English to make them easier to read; they are legally binding nevertheless.
1. About the service
Ridgecraftroofing is a licensed roofing contractor operating from 4820 Crestline Drive, Suite 120, Denver, CO 80216. We offer roof inspections, repairs, replacements and installations along with gutter work and storm-damage service for residential and commercial properties across the Denver metro.
2. Using the website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. The following are not permitted:
- Submitting a property address or details you have no authority to provide.
- Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment instruments.
- Attempting to bypass technical controls or rate-limits of the website.
- Scraping, mirroring or reverse-engineering any part of the website.
- Submitting fraudulent insurance information or asking us to do so.
3. Estimates and projects
An inspection and written estimate are provided free of charge and create no obligation. Once you accept an estimate, a separate written contract governs that project. For each project we will:
- Perform the work described in the signed estimate or contract.
- Use materials of the grade and brand agreed, or an equivalent if one is unavailable.
- Provide the manufacturer warranty and our written workmanship warranty on completion.
Pricing in an estimate is valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise. Material price changes or hidden damage discovered during tear-off may require a written change order before work continues.
4. Pricing and payment
The final price in your signed contract includes labor, materials and applicable taxes as itemized. There are no hidden surcharges. Deposits and final balances are due on the schedule stated in the contract. Late balances may accrue interest as permitted by Colorado law.
5. Warranty and claims
Our workmanship warranty covers defects in our installation for the period stated in your contract. It does not cover damage from events outside our control. We will repair, at no charge:
- Leaks or failures caused by our installation during the warranty period.
- Workmanship that does not meet the manufacturer's installation specification.
- Issues identified during the final walkthrough before project sign-off.
If you believe you have a warranty issue, contact us at info@ridgecraftroofing.com so we can inspect and resolve it directly.
6. Scheduling and weather
We schedule work as promptly as conditions allow, but roofing is weather-dependent. Rain, hail, snow or high winds may require us to reschedule for safety and quality reasons. We will keep you informed and reschedule at the earliest safe opportunity.
7. Intellectual property
The Ridgecraftroofing name, logo, copy, code and design are owned by us. You may not copy, redistribute or use them commercially without written permission. Third-party brand names (GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, Malarkey, Metal Sales and others) remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to indicate the products we install.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Colorado and U.S. law, Ridgecraftroofing will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Our liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project and the remedies set out in your contract and warranty.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our office will be referred to the competent courts of the City and County of Denver.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of the page reflects when the current version took effect. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
